Important Information Regarding the use of Vinyl Decking!!!
Are you using the right vinyl????
The link above is to a .pdf file from Alberta Municipal Affairs. The second sentence of the second paragraph clearly establishes that the membrane used on decking MUST be an approved roofing membrane a minimum of 60 Mils thickness. 45 Mil is no longer approved and CAN NOT be used in new construction.
